In a simplified project, your end date is already known: you organize phases, milestones and tasks on a calendar and Kanban. In a structured project, Orchesia calculates the end date from scope (WBS, dependencies, critical path) and generates the schedule automatically. During the trial, both modes are available; the Free tier only keeps simplified mode.

It is the fallback tier after the trial if you do not subscribe: one workspace with one simplified project, up to 15 phases, 150 items and 1 administrator, with no time limit. No access to structured mode (WBS, PERT, critical path). You do not choose this tier on the website: it applies in the app if you do not take Standard or Premium.

No. Once the 30-day trial ends and the Free tier is active, you can stay as long as you want with one simplified project. Quotas (phases, items) remain those of the free plan.

For 30 days, you test all features from the website (signup = trial). At the end of the trial, in the app only, you choose Standard, Premium, or let the workspace switch to the Free tier, with no credit card required.

A full seat allows you to create, edit and manage projects. It is the access level for active team members.

A viewer seat allows you to view projects and comment, without editing. Ideal for external stakeholders.
